The DAC out of the CD-player also will be made seperately, for use with external sources like CD-readers (SDIF), computers (USB) and our own CD-reader (own standard of data transfer). The DAC will be using 2x4 DAC ICs parallel for higher linearity. The ICs are buffered by a balanced tube output stage with amorpheous output transformers. Further all voltage supplies will be regulated with a very wide bandwidth passive regulator we specially developed for CD-players. Clocks will be temperature constant stabilised at 70 degrees for faster transfer and lower jitter. We will start with this player soon, all parts already have been tested and optimised, prototype will be ready for demonstration very soon.
