Pink Faun power cables have low inductance and low resistance layout, but high capacitance layout, they act like very fast supply filters. We use very tightly wound custom made extruded tin plated copper with teflon isolation as conductors, based on militairy specification airplane cables. The inner strands of these conductors have another twisting orientation than the outer strands resulting in low inductance. Tin plating of copper will ensure long life of the conductor, they will have no degradation of quality in time, and it has very low influence on the music, no harsh edges, no colouration. All our cables are shielded, to minimize influences from outside radiation, either hum or Hf. We use the highest quality connectors made by Furutech.

Next to our cables we also supply power blocks and filters. Power blocks are build inside a 4 mm thick steel custom made enclosure. All supply lines are made in star configuration with exact the same cable length from each other. This is a lot of work, but very important for best performance. After this the power blocks are filled with raisin to minimize vibration effects. We also will build a DC- and Hf-filter soon. Dc and Hf cause a lot of problems in transformers and power supplies. Also we will build a UPS later, plans are already made, we only need some time to work it out.

All our cables goto our in-house developed Cable Gym before they are delivered to our customers. For 48 hours they are treated with high level very wide bandwidth signals as pre breaking in. This saves you time, and results in a better performance at the end. But the cables will need at least 100 more hours in your system before they are at their final level.
